İSFALT carries away its asphalt application activities beyond the traditional asphalt applications. Within this scope, especially on the prestige streets, the asphalt types such as the color, stone-mastic, modified, mastic, which were developed by the Ar-Ge unit of the company considering the roads in Istanbul, are being applied. The appearance of Istanbul, which was selected as 2010 Culture Capital of Europe, gradually changes and beautificates with these activities. 

The stone mastic asphalt, which is one of the asphalt types used by İSFALT on the roads od Istanbul, known to prevent wheel track formations and abrasions on the roads, extends the life of the roads with heavy vehicle traffic. Stone mastic asphalt was used recently on the Metrobüs line, and on the pit-stop area in
Istanbul Park..

We used the asphalt which we produced especially against fatigue cracks, thermal cracks and undulations on the most important main arterial roads of Istanbul, such as E-5, and on the double road projects we have performed.

We used the mastic asphalt, used especially on the pavements over concrete or steel surfaces thanks to the high flexibility it offers, on Haliç Bridge. We proceed our efforts to enable the use of this type of asphalt on the sidewalks in Istanbul.

The color asphalt which we produce in red color gives a different ambiance to the pedestrian and bike ways, running tracks and pedestrian crossings.
